- Step 6: Place ink on screens
- Step 7: Apply ink to garments
- Step 8: Run garment through dryer
- Step 9: Fold and box garments
Please be prepared to submit digital vector artwork as close to the actual sizes as possible
Multi-colored logos will require a separation for each color, as well as a separate silk screen for each color.
This is a solid color application process, so halftones, shadings or color blends in your art will not work. Artwork in multi-colors must be separated.
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) format
(This is the preferred format, saved in its native .ai format)
Silk screen applications can only use the vector based format type files. A bitmap or jpeg image that has been placed into or imported into Illustrator or any other program and saved as an .ai, .pdf, or .eps file format type will not work.
We cannot accept business cards, matchbooks, letterheads, scanned artwork or pictures, or anything too small, because they will not work and we pride ourselves on doing things right.
